This Privacy Policy explains how Origin VPN, referred to as this Service or we, handles personal information while providing client software, accounts, subscriptions, and network connection services. We collect only what is reasonably necessary and protect user privacy within the scope of operating the service.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including IP address, device operating system version, client version, connection status, crash logs, and basic diagnostics. This information is used for: 1. Route recommendation, to suggest a suitable connection based on general network conditions; 2. Performance improvement, to identify regional failures and congestion through anonymous aggregate data; 3. Service notices, to send security, account, subscription, or service updates when necessary.

We work with third-party service providers only where necessary for app distribution, crash analysis, payment processing, or infrastructure monitoring, and we prefer anonymous or aggregated data wherever possible. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only when required by law, regulatory process, fraud investigation, user safety needs, or contracted service operation under confidentiality obligations. You may stop future app data generation by uninstalling the App or closing your account.

User-provided data is retained during the account term and for a reasonable period afterward. To delete an account, remove personal profile data, or exercise privacy rights, contact us at [email protected]. Origin VPN is not intended for children under 13; if we learn that such information was collected by mistake, we will take steps to delete it.
